As part of the celebrations for our 10th edition, we’re throwing a bottle-share lunch the day after TSWF10: Wines of Tomorrow! Join us at Zai Shun Curry Fish Head on 9 November Monday at 1pm and bring along a bottle of what you feel we should be drinking in the future.

Be it a wine from an under-rated region you feel needs to be highlighted more, or a wine made from grape varieties that are performing much better in a region affected by climate change, we would love to see YOUR interpretation of our 10th fair edition theme.

A Michelin Bib Gourmand hawker stall in Jurong East, Zai Shun Curry Fish Head is renowned for perfectly steamed fish—caught fresh daily—and a host of other delicious zichar dishes. Our brunch will feature some off-menu items prepared specially for the occasion!

Seats are limited; ticket price includes a set menu for lunch plus a TSWF wine glass.
