Asmine Koh

After her first harvesting experience at @andi.mann.e in 2022, Asmine developed a huge respect for the amount of labour and the heart of the people behind every bottle of wine, and began percolating the idea of working in the vineyards and making wine.

The opportunity to experiment with winemaking came in 2024’s harvest season, using grapes around Eckelsheim to make Eighty Twenty. She has since made two other wines the subsequent years; the experience has made her realise that winemaking requires not just knowledge and skill, but also patience, instinct, and the ability to live with uncertainty.
