Lewei Winery
A collaboration between wine educator Chang Wei and winemaker Wang Haoze, 乐为 (Lavie) is a wine brand rooted in the culture and terroir of Inner Mongolia.
Using grapes grown in a cool climate with loose, nutrient-poor sandy soils at an altitude of around 1,050m, Lavie's winemaking is guided by gentle extraction to obtain wines of fruity fragrance and soft tannins wrapped with bright, delicate acidity.
Wine labels are designed by a young Mongolian designer, integrating Inner Mongolian stylistics in a bid to link wine culture with the regional culture of Inner Mongolia.
